CLEAR LUBE - Food grade, high tech silicone spray is formulated specifically for the needs of the food industries. CLEAR LUBE meets USDA requirement for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants. Meets 21 CFR 175.300 for Resinous and Polymerous coatings for use in producing, manufacturing, packing, processing preparing, treating,, packaging, transporting, or handling food. CLEAR LUBE silicone spray prevents corrosion on metals, reduces friction on surfaces, lubricates and quiet moving parts, and dress and detail rubber, plastic, vinyl and other materials. CLEAR LUBE ends “Poly Buildup” on the mandrels, transfer chutes, and guide rails of the Pure-Pak paper milk carton machines, prevents jamming and production slowdown. KEEPS FOOD FROM STICKING.
USES – CLEAR LUBE food grade silicone spray is ideally suited for ice machines, knives, cutting tables and blades, conveyor system maintenance, bottling/canning machinery, bakery equipment, dairy equipment, feed racks, in bars and restaurants, cooking vassals, slicing machines, mixers, cooking coils, freezing trays, bake tins, conveyors, grinders, evaporators, ovens hand equipment, saw, virtually any equipment or machinery in or near food related areas.
DIRECTIONS – Thoroughly clean the surface to be sprayed. Hold can upright and spray onto desired surface from a distance of 6-8 inches. Spray in a sweeping side-to-side motion. Any accumulation will dry out unassisted. Use only the minimum amount of spray necessary to provide the required anti-stick properties.
NOTE – Protect surrounding areas from slippery over spray when needed.
